FAQ's and T&C's

Billing/Delivery Information:
Please ensure all of your billing and delivery information is 100% accurate before placing your order. We deliver to the exact address provided and so we will not be held responsible for orders that get lost in transit due to this oversight.

Order Processing:
Please allow up to 2-4 days for orders to be processed and dispatched - this applies to both national and international orders.

Shipping Methods - United Kingdom:
For small orders placed in the United Kingdom for items such as stickers we use Royal Mail 2nd Class. For large items such as clothing we use 2nd Class "Signed For", so please ensure you're at home for signing on delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days for 2nd Class to deliver your items before getting in touch with us.

Shipping Methods - International:
For all kinds of orders placed everywhere outside of the United Kingdom we use International Standard Air Mail. Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to arrive depending on where abouts in the big wide world you are.

Orders lost in transit:
Our responsibilities for your order end once we hand it over to the chosen carrier. We won't be held accountable for orders that are lost en route to you. Orders must be placed again if you would like a replacement arranged. Please ensure your delivery details are flawless to reduce the *very* small chances of this occuring.
